Season 17, Episode 01 – “Gold Star”
The BAU wrestles with the death of Douglas Baily and Elias Voit’s arrest. Rossi is haunted by visions of Voit. Lewis and Garcia vent to one another about their recent breakups. Prentiss uncovers a series of brutal killings linked by a specific calling card: a bullet casing engraved with a gold star. The Team learns that FBI Director Ray Madison has made a deal with Voit. In response, Rossi and Prentiss devise a plan to gain leverage over Voit to ensure he remains imprisoned.
